I had hoped to post more than I have in the past, but life has yet again become my obstacle. To be honest, I have been a little burned out on writing, after writing what is the equivalent of a thesis to prove that I am a good art teacher. It is just one of the many hoops that we have to jump through in the school district where I work.
I have been busily drawing and painting, however. Art is always my refuge when I am under the gun, so to speak. I am working on finishing some long abandoned paintings. It is fun to see them with fresh eyes. Hopefully I will be posting some of those soon.
